Why Haus Böhm
Close to the university: Our dormitory is only 25 minutes by bus from the South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences. Thus, it is an ideal place for students to study in a familiar atmosphere, to make friends and get to know a new culture. Also great opportunity to wake up at the last moment and yet catch the bus since the bus stop is right in front of Haus Böhm.
Friendly and calm environment
Nice and quiet surroundings: The apartments are located on the edge of the city center and offer a quiet environment where you can study and concentrate on your studies. But don’t worry: there are plenty of opportunities for activities nearby, e.g. the Möhnesee (big lake surrounded by woods) for nature lovers and larger cities for shopping or clubs and cafes.
Free room service
We offer you a free cleaning service. Our cleaning staff go through the rooms weekly and clean them. This way you can fully concentrate on your studies. Bed linen and towels are of course provided by us.
Laundry service
In the basement we have several washing machines and dryers that you can use for a small fee.
